I disagree when it comes to the Amarr scout. At level 5 it will be like a basic mod compared the the other suits bonuses which are equal to that of a complex mod. Plus we still don't know if we can run while cloaked yet

+1 , I agree that there should be a limit of one hardener per vehicle, also I like the idea of HAVs being AV once MTACs (walkers from the EVE novels and short stories) come out as they can fit into that role

what ever, it's the only light weapon that has a fire arc that lets it hit targets over hills, and you're right it's an area denial weapon so it's meant to get people to get to cover not kill them in one or two shots
